I was contemplating accepting a new career position in Pensacola. So I figured I needed to find a realtor. I went to YouTube and typed in Pensacola Realtor, Christian Leavenworth popped up and I watched her video on the different areas of Pensacola. I called the agency and the next day Taylor Klein returned my call. Her and I discussed what I might be doing and if I chose the new position, what we would be looking for. Taylor invited me to view houses on Zillow. We choose a handful of houses, Taylor made arrangements for use to view them when we arrived for the position interview. When we first met, both my wife and I were pleased with Taylor on how she presented herself both professionally and as good person in general. Trust was instantly established. We did not find a suitable short term home on that visit but with many hours looking on Zillow and Realator.com, we found our temporary home to purchase. We had complete trust in Taylor in providing us with her opinion and video walk throughs when selecting a home. She visited many different listing and provided us with her actual opinion on what the homes really were like. It was a lot of effort in a really short time frame. I will say that many agents should be ashamed of posting pictures of their listing using AI, vary deceiving and Taylor helped us through the deceitfulness to find the home we purchased. We were moving here from Corpus Christi TX. Because of my husbands medical condition we were not able to fly to Pensacola to view homes. By the grace of god, my husband found Dylan. He emailed us homes that were in our budget and area we wanted to move to. I was able to let him know which ones we were interested in. Dan was a true professional. Since we are not first home buyers, we did have lots of limitations and requests. We were looking for a particular house at the time but, we changed our mind due to family issues. Dan understood from the beginning our situation. He never pressured us into buying right away but rather advised us on a better option. We went to see two listings and he suggested either the area or the house was not a good fit for us. Dan was a good listener and always kept his cool in tense situations. We will use Dan again in the future.

Dana Hardaker was absolutely the best realtor we could have asked for. We were relocating last minute from California and nervous does not describe how we felt. We were selling our house, finding a home, and moving all in 3 months. Dana was warm and funny from the first phone call. If you’re a first time home buyer and you haven’t the foggiest idea what you’re doing then call on Dana. From finding a home (which is no where near as simple as Zillow makes it seem) to closing and everything in between. The old adage, if something can go wrong, it will, was our experience and had Dana and her partner Earl not been there, we would have given up and just kept renting forever. She set up everything from inspections to surveys to appraisals. I didn’t have to do much except fret over how everything popped up with something that needed attention. Dana worked with the seller and the mortgage broker and the insurance agents to get everything done. Honestly, the house warming gift she gave me (rum) would have been more handy before we moved in. The market was insane at the time, every house I wanted to see either was already sold or had multiple offers already submitted! The home I finally purchased I got 100% bc she went above and beyond for me! I was at work in the ER when I got an alert from Zillow that a home hit the market THAT DAY that met my criteria. I sent it to Christina and she text back instantly and said, “that home will not stay for sale at that price so we need to see it TODAY!” I explained that I was at work and not off until 7p, it was 5p at the time. She still managed to arrange a showing for 730p when I got off work.
